Requirements

  • Proven experience of leading the performance and development of high-performing software engineers and configurators at mid and senior level

  • A professional background as a technical, hands-on engineer with a good understanding of programming and script languages e.g., Python, C#, SQL, and VBA skills

  • Passion to drive technology, through technical leadership on engineering and architectural practices and standards

  • Experience with leading agile teams and agile development

  • Strong Collaboration and Leadership Skills

  • Experience with OneStream and/or BluePrism

  • Experience with Cloud Computing

  • Experience with test automation

  • Experience in servant leadership in a global organization

  • Domain knowledge within finance processes
