About the Opportunity

Pandora A/S is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Global Marketing Academy. As Academy and Capability Manager, you will be responsible for setting the direction and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our comprehensive marketing development program.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong marketing foundation, paired with a passion for learning, development, and building organizational capabilities. You should be a structured thinker, a natural collaborator, and someone who gets energy from turning ideas into action and impact.

We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 3 years of experience across a range of marketing disciplines or in learning and capability development. You should have expertise in building or leading learning programs, academies, or capability initiatives (either in-house or via consultancy).

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting the strategic direction for the Global Marketing Academy and managing its evolution end-to-end
  • Developing and continuously evolving the learning and skill development program across all relevant marketing areas
  • Integrating core marketing principles and evidence-based frameworks into the curriculum to strengthen strategic marketing capabilities
