About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our warehouse and intralogistics efforts in a new construction project within the Fill & Finish Expansion (FFEx) programme. As the new Senior Manager for Warehouse and Intralogistics, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving a culture of continuous improvement in a large-scale CAPEX project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with FP (Finished Products) Expansions program and FFEx project management to develop and drive the scope of the Warehouse and Intra-logistics facility.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, including work package owners, operators, technicians, and professionals, towards operational excellence.
  • Drive project management and execution, ensuring clear goals, effective project planning, and stringent monitoring of quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead and promote LEAN practices, change management, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards, and readiness for audits and inspections.
About the Department

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, a newly established and growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT). Our team is responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk. We are dedicated to serving the needs of millions of patients by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology.
