As a Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and penetration of Nicotinell in the Nordics and Netherlands. Your expertise will help us achieve our mission to help individuals overcome nicotine addiction through effective nicotine replacement therapies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Brand Strategy: Adapt and localize marketing strategies & executable marketing/business plans to drive sales, market shares
  • Leading Digital Media Efforts: Brand fundamentals and digital media strategies/activation adapted from global master brand plan
  • Creating Engaging Content: Drive campaigns & programs that will enhance brand image among target segments (consumers & experts)
  • Analyzing Market Trends: Identify strategic opportunities to grow brand leadership in core segments and channels
  • Driving Innovation: Leverage market dynamics and deep consumer understanding to create innovative marketing activities
What You'll Achieve
  • Improved Brand Image: Develop local and/or adapt global communication assets on core target groups (Consumers, HCPs, Trade)
  • Increased Customer Engagement: Develop targeted communication programs towards HCP specialists, leveraging global toolkits, PR events
  • Better ROI: Develop state-of-the-art digital media strategies and plans together with the digital Manager
  • Enhanced Brand Presence: In collaboration with the commercial team deliver effective customer promotional campaigns
  • Optimized In-Store Experience: Coordinate in-store promotions and visibility initiatives to enhance brand presence
  • Compliance with Local Regulations: Ensure correct localization, in terms of language and according to local HA regulations
Requirements
  • Professional Background: 3+ years in Consumer Health (over the counter) marketing function
  • Languages: Fluent in at least one local and English languages
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, analytical, & storytelling capabilities
  • Business Acumen: Good understanding of Regulatory and Medical aspects of OTC
  • Leadership: Experience working with experts (pharmacies, HCPs)
  • Digital Savvy: Strong experience with digital (strategy, monitoring, data analytics) – good exposure to e-commerce
  • Analytical Mind: Analytical skills – the ability to use and analyze data to drive improvement (Consumption data – Finance data)
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter and self-driven
  • Agility: High agility level acting with speed - has courage to take appropriate risks
  • Creativity: Strong creativity – thinks out of the box – creates solutions even if challenging
  • Results-Oriented: Can easily navigate in ambiguous environment and intensely rely on intuition to drive ideas – can effectively bring strong rational to intuition
