About the Role

You'll be responsible for driving sales activities through direct retail accounts and distribution partners, with a focus on channel marketing and partner relationship management across Europe.

Daily Focus
  • Partner Relationship Development: You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Sales Performance & Forecasting: You'll analyze sales data, create forecasts, and share insights with the team to drive success.
  • Team Collaboration & Brand Storytelling: You'll contribute to the development of the SOUNDBOKS brand, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Requirements
  • Early stage sales career with hands-on learnings experience.
  • Previous sales experience in the audio or lifestyle industry.
  • Enthusiasm and drive in daily interactions, with a passion for becoming an ambassador of the SOUNDBOKS name.
  • Strong data insights skills, using spreadsheets and business management platforms to drive success.
  • Independent work style, ready for professional and personal growth.
  • Fluency in English (our internal company language), with Nordic languages, German, or French being a plus.
