About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT System Manager to join our Research and Development team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. As a key member of our IT System Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and compliant documentation for IT solutions, including risk assessments, requirement specifications, validation, and test documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals, chemists, and laboratory technicians to design, create, and test solutions for our future R&D laboratory.
  • Ensure that IT setups are compliant with internal and external requirements, drawing on your current experience and expertise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with documentation of complex systems or processes.
  • Basic understanding of IT, Network, and data handling.
  • Strong Quality/GMP mindset.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or related fields, or an engineering background with a technical flair and curiosity.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and ensure high-quality documentation delivered timely.
  • Strong collaborating and communicating skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in technical English and preferably the ability to speak or learn Danish.
About the Department

The IT System Management team consists of 7 employees with various educational backgrounds. We focus solely on IT System Management, providing a collaborative environment for sparring and knowledge sharing. We are supported by two additional IT teams, a support team, and an operations team, which provide technical and compliance expertise.
