About the Role

We are seeking an IT System Manager to join our Research and Development team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. As an IT System Manager, you will play a key role in influencing our current and future R&D facilities with robust IT solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure that documentation for IT solutions is current and compliant with both internal and external requirements.
  • Take a key role in ensuring compliant IT setups and drawing on your current experience when involved in projects.
  • Work closely with IT professionals, chemists, and laboratory technicians to assess requirements, design, create documentation, and test solutions for our future R&D laboratory.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with documentation of complex systems or processes.
  • A basic understanding of IT, Network and data handling.
  • A strong Quality/GMP mindset.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in IT or related fields or an engineering background with a technical flair and curiosity.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and ensure high quality documentation delivered timely.
  • Strong collaborating and communicating skills as you will closely work with a diverse range of key stakeholders, primarily within the production area.
  • Fluency in technical English and preferably the ability to speak, or at least a willing to learn Danish, as some stakeholders solely speaks Danish.

About the Department

You will become part of our IT System Management team, working side by side with experienced colleagues from across the organization who know the processes and the opportunities for optimization.

The team consists of 7 employees with various educational background. The team solely focus on IT System Management, so you will have a group of colleagues for sparring and collaboration, we are also supported by two additional IT teams – a support team and a operations team, which supports with technical and compliance expertise.
