Senior Global Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Global Talent Development Specialist to join our Executive Partnering & Services team at Vestas. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in human resources and business strategy to drive impactful People & Culture initiatives globally.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating global functional business strategies into tangible P&C initiatives that enable our business to meet and exceed its goals. You will partner with business leaders to develop and drive global workforce strategies based on market requirements, ensuring strong leadership, talent management, and communication between top management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic workforce plans to address business needs and drive organizational performance.
- In partnership with stakeholders, design and implement programs to enhance leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with the talent organization to ensure succession planning and bench strength development for critical positions.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design and build required capabilities, leveraging P&C experts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, driving annual People & Culture cycle activities and coaching Sr. leaders on people and business leadership.
- Build high-performing, diverse teams aligned with Vestas values.
Requirements:
- Proven HR and/or business experience in a complex global matrix environment, preferably with Finance background.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, experience working with Sr. leaders and C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive change management efforts, promoting new processes and bridging across the Vestas value chain.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, essential; proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.
- Relevant business or HR education at Master's level, combined with a strong HR toolbox.
