Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of approximately £80,000 per year, bonus, and benefits such as flexible working options, 25 days holiday per year, two paid volunteering days, comprehensive health package, pension, and access to a popular mindfulness app.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Talent Development Strategist and Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our Talent strategy and driving business results.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing global talent initiatives, building world-class leaders, and overseeing talent assessment and succession planning.

You will also partner with senior leadership to accelerate their development and leadership capability, collaborate globally and cross-functionally to deeply understand the business, and develop and support the Talent Development team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep experience in a Talent leadership role within a fast-paced, scaling tech environment
  • Significant expertise in developing and executing high-impact talent strategies
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, exhibiting both challenge and compassion
  • Business leader at heart with deep business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into what we need to deliver as a function to support that
  • The ability to think big picture, see it with a bird's eye view, but also fully engage in the detail of the data
  • Well-developed analytical skills, using data to guide planning, execution, and bring structure, find solutions, and bring clarity to a complex landscape
  • Demonstrable strength in stakeholder management, building positive and collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization
