This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand message across all touchpoints, including job postings, social media, and company career site.

About the Job:

The Global Employer Branding Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a global employer branding strategy that effectively communicates our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract external talent and engage our employees globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global employer branding strategy based on our EVP positioning Alfa Laval as an employer of choice.
  • Establish structure and governance for collaboration between Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and a consistent employer brand message across all touchpoints.
  • Manage external employer branding agency in the development and distribution of employer branding content, including videos, blog posts, and social media posts, as well as internally building strong employee advocacy.
  • Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with regional teams to adapt the global employer branding strategy to local markets, taking into account cultural differences and local preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employer branding and incorporate them into our strategy.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a solid foundation in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field. You should have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative strategies that resonate both internally and externally.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand message across all touchpoints.
