Key ResponsibilitiesAbout the Job
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Energy Markets Team.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel bookings.
- Support with meeting planning, expense management, and internal communication.
- Organize off-sites, social events, and facilitate visa applications and travel arrangements.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide expertise on company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to set department priorities, communicate internally, and coordinate change initiatives.
- Develop relationships within the EA community to stay updated on internal policies and best practices.
- Participate in various assignments and projects, prepare materials, and coordinate activities within the function.
- Resolve day-to-day practical issues and queries, including coordination with IT service Desk and HR.
- Support invoice approval processes, budget follow-ups, and other administrative tasks.
- Act as a team ambassador, ensuring trust-worthy relationships with the manager, leadership team, and key stakeholders.
