About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Relationship Manager to join our team at GTT Communications, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling GTT's products and services.
  • Develop and implement tailored account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and progress towards goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple priorities, adjusting to changing circumstances and deadlines while meeting established targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or account management capacity.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages an asset).

What We Offer:

GTT Communications, Inc. offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching. This is a full-time position based in our office, with occasional travel required.
