- Renewal Process Execution: Drive and execute the renewal process for a portfolio of Kahoot customers, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions.
- Expansion and Upsell Opportunities: Diligently and consistently uncover expansion and upsell opportunities to grow the portfolio.
- Collaboration with Customer Success and Sales Teams: Create insights and overview of upcoming renewals in advance, collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals and reduce churn risk.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their renewal needs.
- Negotiation and Commercial Agreements: Collaborate with customers to understand their company needs and business case, and negotiate renewal terms and pricing.
- Data Hygiene and Process Improvement: Ensure renewals flow correctly into our core systems, maintain data hygiene, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Keep track of renewal metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales and Finance teams, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement.
