Job Title: Communications Manager

We're seeking a proactive, creative, and organized Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing content plans aligned with our marketing strategy and vision, covering both commercial and employer branding content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content plans aligned with our marketing strategy and vision.
  • Craft compelling copy for blogs, social media, press releases, website, and print materials.
  • Oversee content production projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Create engaging stories that resonate with our audience.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to effectively communicate with different target groups.
Requirements:
  • A Strong Communicator & Collaborator: Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and across departments.
  • You're Creative & Structured: A creative storyteller who is also highly organized and structured in their approach to work.
  • You have Copywriting Expertise: Strong copywriting skills with a native level of English. Additional proficiency in any Scandinavian language is a plus.
  • You have Brand & PR Experience: Experience in working with PR and brand management is highly desirable.
  • You're Marketing Savvy: An in-depth understanding of how different marketing channels operate and how to tailor communication strategies for various target audiences.

Working Hours, Salary, and Specifications:

Full-time, 37.5 hours a week. This is a Copenhagen-based, on-site position with flexible remote work possibilities. Native English proficiency is a must. Additional proficiency in any Scandinavian language is a plus.

Hiring Process:

  3. Take-home assignment - a small task to work on from scratch.
  4. 2nd meeting - going through your take-home assignment.
  5. 3rd meeting - Team and cultural fit.
