Lead Our Copy Team

Precis Digital is seeking a seasoned Copy Team Lead to spearhead our written content creation team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will manage, develop, and inspire a group of talented copywriters, fostering a collaborative environment that produces high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of creative copywriters, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Establish the agenda for the Copy Team, including setting team goals and guiding the development of the area.
  • Regularly assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other leads and project managers to efficiently allocate resources within the team to meet project demands.
Develop Our Copy Service Offering

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the Copy area at Precis Digital through continuous innovation and internal representation of the area.

As a Copy Team Lead, you will oversee all copywriting projects, ensuring exceptional written content aligns with client goals and brand strategies.

  • Develop captivating copy-led concepts for a variety of clients.
  • Participate in pitches and help Precis Digital secure creative opportunities through inspiring copywriting and narratives.
  • Stay at the forefront of innovative tools, techniques, and processes relevant to your field.
Manage Partner & Client Collaborations

As a senior contact for clients, you will ensure their copy needs are exceeded and foster strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the senior contact for clients, ensuring their copy needs are exceeded and fostering strong relationships.
  • Build strong partnerships with and manage deliveries of copy and translation agency partners.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in copywriting for digital placements, such as campaign messaging, concept development, content writing, or web content management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, inspiring, and developing a team.
  • Native Swedish speaker proficient in English, or native English speaker.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively convey content concepts and presentations.
  • Excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Motivation to be part of developing the next-generation digital agency.
