Customer Success Manager Job Description

We're Conference Manager, a vibrant Danish SaaS startup revolutionizing event management. We're not just about making events easier; we're about creating unforgettable experiences.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Diving headfirst into both the German and Danish markets, building relationships and trust with our clients.
  • Showing new clients the ins and outs of our platform, ensuring they're up to speed and ready to rock their events.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of client needs and feedback, feeding valuable insights back to our development team.
  • Monitoring client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to wow them with new features or services, and collaborating with our sales team.
  • Being a champion for our clients within the company, advocating for their needs and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in Danish and German, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Tech-savviness and motivation to become an expert in our system.
  • Service-mindedness and the ability to navigate systems in multiple languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced commercial team.
