About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Student Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our People Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the employee lifecycle on a global scale, from hire to retire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and offboard employees globally in our systems, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate data maintenance.
  • Create and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and other necessary documentation for our employees.
  • Maintain and update data in our Human Resource Information System (Sage People), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support annual processes, such as salary reviews and promotions, and create reports for various stakeholders.
  • Handle employee queries and requests regarding absences and company policies, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficient in G-suite and MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
