Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Social Media Marketing Strategist to join our Brand/Marketing team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing, leading, and executing a global social media strategy that drives engagement, grows our online presence, and fosters a direct link to our customer community.

About the Role

This role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand vision and business objectives;
  • Leading the planning and execution of high-impact social media campaigns, including product launches, brand collaborations, and community-driven initiatives;
  • Overseeing the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content across all social media platforms;
  • Building an engaged community by actively connecting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and opening meaningful conversations;
  • Determining, tracking, and analysing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies;
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives support broader business goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing social media channels, ideally in the consumer electronics or lifestyle brand sector;
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, both upwards and sideways within an organisation;
  • A natural ability to stay up-to-date with social media trends and analytical tools; and
  • Innovative thinking to come up with cool ideas and creative solutions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
