Transform Membership Across the Globe

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Membership Localisation to lead our Membership & Personalisation team in Market & Channels Global Marketing. As a key member of our global team, you will drive the localization of our Membership Program across diverse markets.

About the Role

This dynamic global role offers the opportunity to transform membership experiences across all LEGO Group Markets and Channels. You will play a crucial part in shaping our membership strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to develop and implement a comprehensive membership localization strategy that aligns with our overall group-level annual membership strategy and plans.
  • Lead matrix relationships with country business units to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on membership localization efforts.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver successful membership experiences, leveraging your skills in project management and strategic leadership.
  • Develop and manage performance indicators to measure membership localization success.
  • Foster a community of membership champions to support delivery on overall membership goals and objectives.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of senior experience in leading best-in-class membership and loyalty strategies at both country and global levels.
  • Proven ability to lead matrix relationships across diverse geographies and markets.
  • Experience managing and driving cross-functional strategic projects.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and communication capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey clear recommendations based on solid foundations.
  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B).
