As a Business Development Associate, you'll create quality connections with potential customers in Japan, generating business and playing a critical role in Queue-it's continued growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Create and Qualify New Sales Opportunities: Develop and launch strategic awareness campaigns, engage in discovery calls, and create and qualify new leads.

Research and Reporting: Take full responsibility for researching, prospecting, and reporting for your assigned campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create engaging content, convert leads to customers, and reactivate cold accounts.

We're looking for someone who:

To qualify for this role, you should have:

Japanese Market Knowledge: Rich knowledge of/experience with the Japanese market.

Business Development Experience: A minimum of one year's full-time experience in business development, sales, or related roles is required.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese, and good written and verbal communication skills in English.

The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible.
