Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Sitel Corp. in Copenhagen. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to our customers who contact us with questions about our diabetes health care products.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate and timely information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be fluent in Norwegian and have a strong understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers who contact us with questions about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
