Technical Support Manager

We are Iyuno, a global leader in media localization, offering dubbing, subtitling, translation, access, and media services to top entertainment companies worldwide. We're looking for a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team in Copenhagen.
The successful candidate will split their time equally between our Copenhagen office and Iyuno's Nordic Infrastructure. They must be fluent in English and possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide local desktop and infrastructure support to employees
- Manage computer systems in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, and Oslo
- Implement and control IT solutions for offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, and Oslo
- Plan, organize, and supervise work performed on servers for subtitle creation and dubbing departments
- Install and administer computer hardware, software, and network resources
- Create and implement procedures for electronic data management, IT system development, and consultation with the IT Director/CIO
- Assist in annual budgeting and coordinate with the Regional IT Director, Europe
- Train new employees on available technology
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IT and network systems
- Familiarity with CCTV, access control systems, and asset inventories
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
