We are seeking a highly skilled Confectionery Technologist to join our team at AAK's Global Confectionery Center of Excellence in Aarhus, Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for combining the production of chocolate with its analysis.
You will work closely with dedicated colleagues who share your passion for chocolate, contributing to the development of unique and high-quality chocolate products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transforming ideas and projects into finished chocolates with unique properties, supporting developers and customer technicians in the design and execution of development-oriented or customer-driven trials.
- Contributing to teaching AAK's regional colleagues and core customers in chocolate processes and product properties at AAK academies.
- Supporting sales and marketing through the production of inspiration and taste samples for exhibitions and seminars.
Your role will involve working with advanced analysis equipment in our mini chocolate factory, implementing sensory analysis to quantify the benefits of our ingredients, and developing new methods for analysis and creative chocolate applications.
