Job Description

As Global Smart Factory Lead, you will set up effective governance and implementation of software and IT infrastructure deliveries to key factory builds and refurbishments. Your focus will be on defining critical phases for Software and infrastructure deployment, steering software product deliveries, and ensuring successful SW and infrastructure readiness for factory deployment.

You will work closely with Program management to remove roadblocks for implementation, act as a focal point for connection between factory build project and IT product teams, and share recommendations to overall product- and technology roadmaps within Operations digital agenda.

Additionally, you will bring the latest innovation in Smart Manufacturing to factory build roadmap, collaborate effectively with equipment engineering, IT, and facility teams, and demonstrate insights into the LEGO Group's IT landscape and production applications.

As a proactive problem solver, you will thrive in dynamic environments, uniting team members towards a common goal. You will also be able to travel to other sites when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leading the implementation of IT infrastructure initiatives
  • Coordinating the practical deployment of IT software products and infrastructure within factory build projects
  • Collaborating effectively with equipment engineering, IT, and facility teams
  • Demonstrating insights into the LEGO Group's IT landscape and production applications
  • Navigating complex organizational structures to eliminate obstacles for implementation teams
