Nordic Channel Development Lead

Moxso is seeking a highly skilled Nordics-focused Channel Development Lead to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans to grow partnerships in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the way in building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential partners in the Cyber Security industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing partnership strategies that drive growth and success
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners to align goals and drive success
- Scouting for new partnership opportunities and areas for market expansion
- Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the channel ecosystem
- Working closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, as well as our CEO
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-7+ years of experience in channel or partnership management, ideally in tech
- A proven track record of developing and executing partnership strategies that deliver results
- Deep understanding of the Nordic markets and cultural dynamics and how to execute on those
- Strong communication and negotiation skills—fluency in Danish or another Nordic language is a big plus, but not a requirement
