Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Monitoring Specialist to join our team in Denmark. As a Clinical Monitoring Specialist, you will be responsible for performing and coordinating all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site and remote visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance
  • Manage procedures and guidelines from different sponsors and/or monitoring environments
  • Act as a site processes specialist, ensuring trial conduct according to approved protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations and SOPs
  • Ensure audit readiness and develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science related field or registered nursing certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Well-developed critical thinking skills, including root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Danish/Swedish
  • Good listening skills, attention to detail and ability to perceive customers' underlying issues
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Effective social skills and ability to work in a team or independently
  • Good digital literacy and ability to learn appropriate software
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is 95,000-105,000 DKK (approximately 12,500-14,000 EUR) depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional development.
