About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, proactive team player fluent in Danish and English to join our team of Indian design engineers and BIM modellers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in structural engineering (B.Sc or M.Sc) with 2-10 years of relevant experience, and be skilled in designing structures and preparing structural documentation per SBi-anvisning and BR18.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring and collaborating with Indian colleagues, understanding and leveraging cultural differences
  • Participating in Scan-Indian design projects and contributing to the company's technical development
  • Acting as a liaison between our Indian and Scandinavian offices
  • Developing ties with others through respectful behavior and delivering on promises
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments with deadlines
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
