  4. Problem Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues affecting service delivery.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with stakeholders to develop and implement changes that enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services in a corporate or service provider environment. You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

We expect that you have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a corporate or Service Provider environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other service delivery disciplines.
  • Mastery of ITIL principles.
