Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Holistic Health Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for our online coaches, leveraging your expertise in sales, account management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target and Empower Coaches: Onboard new holistic health coaches and expertly manage a portfolio of approximately 15-20 coaches directly, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, effective sales strategies, and innovative business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue for our coaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure a high level of service quality through meticulous project management, active participation in meetings, thorough material reviews, and the cultivation of strong relationships with your coaches.
  • Ownership: Take ownership of your work, leading by example and demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or business development, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with coaches and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A Co-founding Mindset: A willingness to collaborate closely with coaches to build their businesses and drive growth.
