Restaurant Business Development Manager

We are expanding our business in Denmark and seeking a skilled Restaurant Business Development Manager to join our team.
Our field sales function is responsible for acquiring restaurants to our platform. As a Restaurant Business Development Manager, you will own and manage all stages of your sales funnel from establishing first contact to negotiating terms and conditions, and securing partnerships. You will be contacting restaurants over the phone to book meetings and visiting them on-site to pitch our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of leads and systematically contact them to establish partnerships.
- Book meetings and visit restaurants on-site to pitch our services and negotiate partnership terms.
- Travel 5-15 days every month to visit restaurants and launch new cities across Denmark.
- Negotiate partnership terms and conditions with restaurant owners.
- Ensure seamless handover to our merchant onboarding team.
- Collaborate with our sales team to improve sales methodologies and processes.
- Make sound business decisions by supporting your intuition with data.
Requirements:
- You have demonstrable experience in a B2B sales position and are a true hunter.
- You thrive in a result-driven environment where we celebrate success.
- You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You are a strong communicator and have fundamental commercial understanding.
- You are fluent in Danish and English in speaking and writing.
- Preferably, you have experience working in a CRM and/or the hospitality industry.
