Tinytots International Daycare and Preschool in Copenhagen, Denmark is a dynamic and international environment looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator.
The ideal candidate will be a natural team player with high level fluency in English (C1 level or above) and preferably Danish language skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lesson Planning: Design and implement engaging activities and lessons within the overall curriculum framework to promote children's learning and development.
- Learning Environment: Ensure the physical environment is clean, hygienic, and safe at all times, providing a nurturing space for young learners.
- Child Observation: Assist in observing and recording children's growth, development, and behaviour, providing valuable insights for teachers and families.
- Communication: Build effective relationships with children, families, administration, and staff through open and constructive communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education/Early Childhood Education is mandatory.
- Experience: 2-3 years' teaching experience in nursery/kindergarten settings is required.
- Language: High level fluency in English (C1 level or above) is essential; Danish language skills are desirable.
- Certification: Montessori certification or equivalent experience in implementing Montessori pedagogy is an added advantage.
- Creativity: A creative and passionate approach to working with children is essential, coupled with patience and caring attitudes.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and communication with colleagues and families.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team while also working independently when needed.
