About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager with a strong focus on finance to join our team in Greenville, SC. As an key member of our North American organization, you will be responsible for managing various financial and office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accurate bookkeeping and invoicing processes
  • Ensure smooth financial operations by handling month-end closing and maintaining an up-to-date accounting system
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, as well as order confirmation and purchase order approvals
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels, handle payroll, and related tax filing tasks
  • Perform daily administrative duties to ensure seamless office operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an international company
  • Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of relevant US laws and tax rules
  • Experience generating and communicating financial reports
  • Ability to analyze performance and develop financial and operational goals
