Novartis Farmacéutica is seeking an Epidemiology Lead for Nordic Markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epidemiological research and experience working with registry/database studies. Key responsibilities include developing integrated evidence generation strategies, managing complex research projects, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to partner with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires fluency in English and competency in local languages.

A successful Epidemiology Lead for Nordic Markets will have the following qualifications:
  • University degree and PhD in bioscience, medicine, epidemiology, or economics
  • Extensive experience in conducting registry/database studies (at least 4 years)
  • Proven hands-on experience in clinical trial planning, setup, and initiation
  • Strong medical affairs background (at least 2 years as MSL/Medical Advisor)
