About the Role

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in our Nordic markets. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in Sweden, leveraging your expertise in business development, account management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Sweden and other Nordic markets.
  • Budget (estimated): 120,000 - 180,000 DKK per year, depending on experience.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools, such as Salesforce and Excel.
