Area Sales Director for Nordic Region

The Nordic Retail Group is seeking an experienced Area Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Nordic region.
About the JobThis role will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the Nordic region, securing and growing existing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the market and the ability to build strong relationships with key customers.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and executing the sales strategy for the Nordic region, including account planning and management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with key customers.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive aftermarket or consumer retail industry.
- Strong understanding of market analysis and evaluations, including identifying business opportunities.
- Familiarity with logistic flow, customer service processes, and related risks and opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Danish; knowledge of other CEE languages is an advantage.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately 1000 MSEK per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
