Customer Experience and Team Development Professional

We are seeking a talented and experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Service Department at Boozt Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 10 agents to deliver exceptional customer service and meet our business objectives.
This is a temporary position covering maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our team's performance and contribute to the growth of our company.
We are looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in customer service and team management. If you have a passion for leading teams and driving sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and support agents through coaching, one-on-one talks, performance reviews, and quality checks.
- Manage daily workflows, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive KPIs to meet company objectives and continuously monitor progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
