Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned digital leader to drive our global digital strategy and customer experience initiatives as Director, Head of Digital Experience. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will oversee our Development and Digital Experience (DX) Department, comprising ~80 professionals across multiple countries.
- You will lead and coordinate 8 cross-functional teams specializing in Agile Excellence, UX/UI Design, and business applications (ERP, CRM Dynamics 365, Subscript/Zuora, Integration Platform, eCommerce SiteCore/Magento, and MarTech Portfolio).
- You will define and execute strategic goals for customer-facing digital experiences, leveraging future-focused technology to enhance business and customer engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of digital experience, business applications, and agile methodologies.
- Effective stakeholder management and diplomacy skills to align cross-functional teams with business goals.
