Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Mid-Senior level professional to fill the role of Head of Customer & Partner Success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth through partnerships.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will work closely with our CEO to develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan, ensuring alignment with customer/partner goals.
You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of their Microsoft investment and serving as their strategic partner. Your daily tasks will include managing client relationships, developing and executing customer/partner strategies, being a trusted advisor, driving revenue growth, coordinating service delivery, managing customer support activities, monitoring service performance and quality, and improving processes.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and structured individual who can juggle multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience from ERP system implementations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a proven track record of success in Service Delivery, Customer Success, or Partner Success Management.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English (spoken & written) and comfortable working with international clients. They will be a natural problem solver who takes initiative and speaks up, systematic, ambitious, and deliver high-quality results on time.
