Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Customer Program Management. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer programs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer programs that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer programs

Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer program management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
