Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager at Maersk, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective management of customer-facing activities. Your primary goal will be to provide a consistently high-quality experience for new and existing customers in the GCA area.

- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
