As a Marketing Assistant at Inpay, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in marketing, while contributing to the growth and success of our Commercial department. About the Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as experience in using CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and Adobe Creative Cloud. They will be highly adaptable and able to work at pace across multiple projects, with a keen interest in developing a career in marketing and a passion for design, copy, and brand.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Creation, management, and updating of the Marketing team status report and facilitation of weekly meetings on behalf of the team.
  • Lead qualification: helping qualify inbound leads in CRM before handover to the sales team. This will involve making sure they reach target customer criteria through web research.
  • CRM admin: helping with setup and running of marketing campaigns through the scoping, production, and upload of target lists, and CRM management/cleansing as leads populate the funnel.
  • Management and oversight of events calendar alongside the existing marketing executive: including ticketing, stand builds, collateral creation, and sales support (and sometimes, travel).
  • Creation and mailout of customer communications through Inpay's marketing automation system (Hubspot).
  • Website: updates, CMS management, landing page production, copy and image updates, upload of blogs, articles, and associated media to the insights section of inpay.com .
