Commercial Development Strategist

At Danske Bank, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive commercial development and growth initiatives within our Transaction Banking division. As the Head of Commercial Concepts & Tenders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and executing business plans that propel fee income growth.
We value forward-thinking leaders who can break down complex issues into clear strategies and actionable steps. As a strategic partner to our TxB management team, you will ensure the identification and agreement of key commercial priorities, leveraging your solid consultancy skills to guide and support a dynamic team of 11 consultants.
Your primary responsibilities will involve orchestrating collaboration and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and units within the Danske Bank Group. You will lead delivery efforts in four critical areas: digital sale and engagement, content creation, tender management, and development roadmap and Go-to-Market initiatives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and shape operational frameworks, collaborative processes, and the development roadmap across departments, including Sales, Support, Product Development, Marketing, Communications, ComEx, and Legal.
