PepsiCo Nordic Denmark ApS Franchise Leadership Role

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for PepsiCo's Franchise Beverage business in Northern Europe, focusing on maximizing geographical opportunities and synergies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage market insights to drive business growth, expand geographical presence, and enhance revenue streams.
  • Lead and direct cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives, foster a culture of innovation, and drive operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, bottlers, and key trade customers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and enhance customer experience.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance market share.
  • Represent PepsiCo Nordic Denmark ApS in industry forums, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders, promoting the company's reputation and ensuring compliance with market regulations.
Requirements
  • Higher education with a university degree; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Substantial experience in commercial roles with P&L responsibility, ideally in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth, and executing strategic plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills, with the ability to engage with external stakeholders and drive business results.
