Northern Europe Franchise Business Leader

PepsiCo Nordic Denmark ApS is seeking an accomplished Senior Director to lead our Franchise Beverage business in Northern Europe. This highly visible and impactful role will drive profitable growth, maximize geographical opportunities, and foster synergies within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive business strategy for PepsiCo's Franchise Beverage operations in Northern Europe, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team to achieve significant revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with distributors, bottlers, and trade customers to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive commercial success.
- Oversee organizational effectiveness by implementing best practices, leveraging the PepsiCo Operating Model, and developing a talented leadership team.
