About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager Renewal Professional to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for driving and executing the renewal process for a portfolio of Kahoot customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions.
As a seasoned professional in account management/renewals within value-based B2B SaaS sales, you will leverage your expertise to manage a large portfolio of accounts, prioritize, secure large expansions, and drive customer growth. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals and reduce churn risk.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their renewal needs. Your ability to collaborate with customers to understand their company needs and business case, and negotiate renewal terms and pricing, will be essential in driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management/renewals within value-based B2B SaaS sales, working with enterprise customers. You will possess project and change management skills with past successes in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
