About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Account Retention Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Account Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the retention of our Medium and Strategic accounts for the Danish markets.
You will develop long-term relationships and success plans for customers, ensuring that the maximum value is gained from Trustpilot products in order to drive retention and minimize churn.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with Trustpilot products, driving adoption and contract renewal.
- Deliver a premium client experience by understanding their business objectives and ensuring Trustpilot meets them.
- Share best practices to drive ROI.
- Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
- Sell additional Trustpilot products and discover new revenue opportunities.
- Cross-sell into other parts of customers' businesses.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores.
- Successfully onboard clients and ensure they fully utilize their paid subscription.
About You
- Experience managing a large portfolio of SMB and mid-market customer accounts with a focus on achieving high renewal/retention rates.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management with ideally subscription-based, renewal license models.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- A consistent track record of hitting and exceeding commercial targets over the past few years.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Skilled at uncovering new revenue opportunities.
- Capable of handling tough conversations professionally and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in Danish and English (working proficiency). Proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
