Senior Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrative professional to fill the role of senior office administrator. In this position, you will provide critical support to our senior leadership team, manage office operations, and ensure seamless day-to-day tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including inventory, mail collection, and supply procurement.
- Coordinate internal communication and facilitate collaboration across departments.
- Administer financial transactions, including purchases, supplier agreements, and company credit cards.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance office morale and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management or HR/Finance administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HRM systems.
