Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark.
As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the German market, focusing on our Whistleblower Software product. Your primary objective will be to support revenue growth by identifying, contacting, and communicating with potential customers or partners, organizing client meetings, and operating as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers.
You will design your prospecting strategies, reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
Requirements and Expectations- Native proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English.
- Able to work 37 hours/week at the Aarhus office.
- No requirement for extensive sales experience, but it is a plus if you have.
- You must be responsible, positive, and take ownership of your tasks.
- A self-starter who is dedicated and not afraid of making mistakes and learning from them.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce and HubSpot).
- Competitive salary with uncapped commissions (approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum)
