Overview:

We are seeking a talented Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy and P&L for our Snacks and Grains categories across several Nordic markets. This role will develop and implement annual commercial plans in collaboration with Go-To-Market partners to drive sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive share, revenue, and profit growth across assigned markets, accounts, and categories.
  • Develop annual commercial plans, align with Go-To-Market partners, and oversee execution.
  • Strengthen relationships with key distributors/partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage Jr. Commercial Managers, setting clear priorities and supporting career development.
  • Co-lead impactful in-store campaigns across markets.
  • Ensure compliance with Global Control Standards while managing budgets, forecasting sales, and tracking monthly performance.
Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally with a top branded player.
  • Strong understanding of Nordic retail, specifically Denmark.
  • Proven ability to lead successful sales teams and develop commercial talent.
  • Fluency in both English and Danish is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Capable of navigating complex business challenges and driving long-term strategy.
