About the Role

Job Summary:

This Commercial Manager Lead Foods opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who can drive commercial strategy and growth across Snacks and Grains categories in several Nordic markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing annual commercial plans in collaboration with Go-To-Market partners to achieve sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement annual commercial plans aligned with Go-To-Market partners.
  2. Drive share, revenue, and profit growth across assigned markets, accounts, and categories by implementing actions to meet targets.
  3. Strengthen relationships with key distributors/partners to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Manage Jr. Commercial Managers, setting clear priorities and supporting career development.
  5. Co-lead and evaluate impactful in-store campaigns across markets.
